Comi je sa svojom ekipom lansirala Multipraktiku 13. februara i ja sam hteo da joj ovu priču poklonim već sutradan, četrnaestog, za dan zaljubljenih. Ali, avaj – Sretenje na Kopu, pa trk u Beograd na pregled (videli ste da nije Milutin, nego je Danka). Ipak, svi znamo onaj stari kliše koji kaže “da žene treba poštovati svakog dana, a ne samo Osmog marta”, pa pošto sam ja zaljubljen svakog dana, a ne samo četrnaestog februara, evo – stiže i ovaj verbalni karanfil sa nekoliko dana zakašnjenja.

Za sve one koji se pitaju da li može li priča o pokretanju jedne firme da bude ljubavna, pa još i poklon, odgovor je da može ako živite život u kojem je privatno, poslovno i ljubavno isprepletano, nerazdvojivo i zavisno jedno od drugog.

Enivej, početak ove priče nas vraća tačno 11 godina u nazad. Ja šljakam na recepciji jednog velikog hostela na Zvezdari. Nosim skejterske patike, xxl pantalone i duks sa kapuljačom. Cirkam Jelen pivo iz flaše na radnom mestu i blejim na Myspaceu. Tek sam se vratio iz Amerike gde sam se proveo kao bos po trnju. Glumio ludilo, putovao iz jedne u drugu državu, cirkao, obilazio metal festivale, bankrotirao, klošario, jedva se izvukao iz sranja i vratio se kući malo pametniji. Jedan od spratova hostela funkcioniše kao privatni studentski dom i u njega se doseljava Comi, mlada studentkinja scenografije. Ima plavu izblajhanu kosu, stidljiva je i dok priča nervozno prolazi prstima kroz svoje ispeglane šiške. Skoro deset godina je mladja od mene, ali je bar isto toliko i zrelija. Odselila se iz roditeljske kuće sa 15 godina da bi u Kragujevcu paralelno završavala gimnaziju i muzičku školu – solo pevanje. Tamo je shvatila da joj se više svidja da napravi scenu nego da se na nju popne da bi pevala i dolazi u Beograd na studije scenografije. U tom momentu, ja sam na pragu tridesete, živim sa roditeljima, platu trošim na provod i ložim se da napravim nekakav uspeh sa svojim metal bendom. Fasciniran njenom ozbiljnošću i istrajnošću da istera stvari do kraja, ali i njenim talentom koji sam mogao da vidim dok je noću slikala i pravila makete u hostelu, nisam imao druge nego da se zaljubim. Njoj je trebalo vremena da popusti pred naletima hvalisavog recepcionera, ali je na kraju ipak popustila.

U godinama koje slede hostel se zatvara i postaje starački dom, ja sa Ninoslavom uz Cominu pomoć i podršku gradim Montanu, Comi diplomira i odmah upada u scenografsku vatru. Prva predstava – “Hajduci” u Dadovu. Po ubrzanom kursu uči da posao scenografa podrazumeva i borbu sa glumačkim ego tripovima i ludilima srpske administracije. Onda sledi “I konje ubijaju, zar ne?” u Madlenijanumu. Tamo uči kako da napravi scenografiju skoro pa bez budžeta. Dok sam ja bio na Kopu, ona je zajedno sa mojim ćaletom razvaljivala naš stari nameštaj i od njega pravila elemente za scenu. Sledi ogroman projekat “Mamma mia” na Terazijama i paralelno sa njim nezavisna predstava “Upoznaj mog tatu” u Domu omladine, kada Comi nedeljama bukvalno trči iz jedne zgrade u drugu i na kraju uspeva da istera dve premijere u dva dana. U tom periodu sam se ja već ozbiljno uključio i pomagao kao asistent scenografa i nabavni rekviziter. Vozio, kupovao, šmirglao, farbao, nosio, montirao…Nisam bio baš najtalentovanija osoba za to, ali sam velikim cimanjem uspevao to da nadoknadim i koliko toliko je poštedim stresa. Prethodni asistenti su je uglavnom ispaljivali u sred projekata. Jedni su odlazili na skijanje, drugi su bili razočarani jer su očekivali veći kreativni input, a treći su taj posao zamišljali dosta glamuroznije, pa su se razočarali i otišli. Naravno, i ona je, kada nema scenografisanja, bila naš montanski asistent: spremanje soba, kuvanje, pranje, peglanje, loženje vatre, bleja sa gostima. Svaki naš biznis je porodični.

Redjale su se nove predstave, filmovi, muzički spotovi, reklame, dekoracije. Što se više ostvarivala kao scenograf, sve češće je sebi postavljala pitanje “Zašto ja ovo radim?”. Nije joj bilo dovoljno samo da nešto odradi i naplati, bila joj je potrebna svrha. Taj njen proces preispitivanja dostiže definitivni vrhunac kad je prihvatila da radi na čuvenom tv formatu u kojem se poznate ličnosti maskiraju u druge poznate ličnosti i pevaju. Tamo je uletela pred samo snimanje prve epizode, rečeno joj je da sve mora da se radi jako brzo, da je velika frka, samo to da prodje, pa će oni sa njom da potpišu ugovor. Onda je usledila frka pred drugu, pa frka pred treću epizodu. Nakon mesec dana svakodnevne jurnjave, spaljena Comi bez ugovora kaže da ne želi da svu svoju energiju i talenat ulaže u to da Dara Bubamara bude kao Dženifer Lopez, a da za to na kraju još ne bude plaćena. Bila je to velika unutrašnja borba, jer ona nije osoba koja odustaje i ostavlja stvari nezavršenim (za razliku od mene koji sam davao otkaz mejlom). Na svu sreću, prelomila je i izašla iz tog estradnog osinjaka. Nešto kasnije se još jednom zajebala i prihvatila da radi na filmu koji joj se u startu nije svideo, priča joj je bila plitka, a reditelj neubedljiv, ali je sebe ubedila da nije dobro da odbija projekte u zemlji sa tako malo posla za scenografe. Provela je nekoliko nedelja na snimanju van Beograda i kad se vratila, obećala je da više nikad neće da radi ono u šta ne veruje sto posto. Iskušenje je stiglo bukvalno sutradan kada su je pozvali da radi spot naše super-poznate estradne zvezde, ali ih je Comi odjebala na keca. Zbunjenom producentu je objasnila da ne želi da ulaže svoj rad kako bi nešto što je sranje zamaskirala da izgleda kao da nije sranje. On se očigledno spremio na natezanje oko honorara, pa ga je polemika o svrsi zatekla i zahvalio je na iskrenosti.

Kombinacija tih poslovnih razočarenja, mrtve sezone u Montani i porodičnih tragedija kroz koje smo prolazili šalje nas u Njujork. Tamo smo radili u ketering kompanijama, servirali hranu za modnu industriju, venčanja, žurke, gala večere. Comi je koristila svaku priliku da iz prve ruke vidi kako izgledaju scenografije za modna snimanja najvećih brendova u najpoznatijim svetskim studijima, kako izgleda dekoracija na svadbama milionera sa Vol strita, kako izgedaju donatorske gala večere za po nekoliko hiljada ljudi ili žurke bankara na krovu solitera na Menhetnu. Kada se tome doda i gomila brodvejskih mjuzikala koje je odgledala, dobijamo izbustovanu Comi koja se vraća u Srbiju naložena i spremna za velika dela. Verovatno je i svemir osetio taj njen impuls, pa je, čim smo se vratili, prvo zovu da radi scenografiju za mjuzikl “Ljubav i moda”, a onda sledi i poziv iz firme koja radi organizaciju i dekoraciju venčanja.

“Ljubav i moda” je bio krupan zalogaj. Comi je uspela da u startu izgura većinu svojih zamisli u pokušaju da se približi brodvejskoj estetici koliko god je to bilo moguće u Madlenijanumu i u Srbiji. Ubedila je reditelja da odustane od prostih scenografskih rešenja, ubedila je pozorište da pristane na gigantsku skalameriju od scenografije, a imala je i tu sreću da joj je Andrija kao producent verovao i u potpunosti je podržao. Ja sam se ponovo našao u ulozi scenografskog potrčka. Jurio sam rekvizitu iz šezdesetih, uortačio se sa svim prodavcima sa zemuskog, novosadskog i pančevačkog buvljaka, a Limundo i Kupindo su me spojili sa nekim od najživopisnijih likova koje sam video u životu. Nekoliko dana pred premijeru bilo je prilično napeto, nismo bili sigurni da ćemo uspeti sve da izguramo i onda se pojavila Marija. Ona je pre toga već ugasila jedan požar kada je uletela je u kostimografski tim predstave koji je kasnio i sa njima danonoćno kreirala i šila kostime. Kada je to konačno završila, banula je jedne večeri sa Markom na scenu pozorišta dok smo farbali scenografiju i njih dvoje su samo uzeli četke u ruke, priključili nam se i ostali sa nama do jutra. Comi je konačno videla kako je lepo kada pored sebe ima pravu asistentkinju, vrednu i vizuelno talentovanu. Nakon još nekoliko neprospavanih noći scenografija je bila gotova. Premijera je dobro prošla, reakcije publike i struke su bile dobre, a Comi je, kao i uvek, bila samo delimično zadovoljna.

Onda se bacila na posao sa dekoracijom venčanja. U dogovoru s mladencima je kreirala jedinstvene ponude za scenografiju, pa je kasnije na terenu, koristeći metode naših njujorških kapitena, po unapred pripremljenom programu rada vodila timove ljudi uz minimum improvizacije. U tim muškim šljakerskim timovima sam uglavnom bio i ja, nekad za honorar, nekad za džabe, nekad da radim teške fizičke poslove, nekad samo da dižem moral ekipe. Venčanja su izgledala sve bolje, firma je rasla, počeli su da ubacuju i korporativne klijente u svoj portfolio. Morali su da uključe još scenografa u tim, pa im se pridružuje još jedna Milica. Jako vešta i precizna sa rukama i još brža i neumornija od Comi, iako do tada nisam verovao da takva osoba može da postoji. Comi uspeva da nagovori i Mariju da im se pridruži. Dešavalo se tada da ih uveče ostavim u našoj zemunskoj dnevnoj sobi da kraftuju i odem na spavanje, pa ih ujutru zateknem nasmejane nakon cele noći rada, srećne jer su “skoro pa gotove”. Ipak, nakon više desetina venčanja, bilo je jasno da se Comi zasitila. Zarada je bila solidna, ali je je taj posao tražio sve više i više vremena, i polako se pretvarao u tezgarenje i recikliranje, a zbog svih tih tudjih venčanja mi smo nekoliko puta morali da otkažemo svoje. Ponovo se probudilo ono staro Comino “zašto?”, pa je nakon što je “triput merila” odlučila da preseče, izadje iz te priče i konačno zakaže i naše venčanje.

O venčanju sam već pisao, videli ste i slike, pa neću da se ponavljam, ali je za ovu Multipraktičnu priču važno da su nam se od prvog dana u organizaciji nekako spontano i samoinicijativno pridružile Milica i Marija. Bez honorara, bez ikakvih uslova, samo sa iskrenom željom da pomognu. Pošto i jedna i druga, baš kao i Comi, imaju muževe (Marko, khm, khm!) koji vole da su na terenu i pomažu ženama, tako sam i ja dobio pomoć i društvo. Njih tri su, izmedju ostalog, ručno izvezle Cominu venčanicu, ispratile šivenje mog plišanog sakoa, osmislile dekoraciju, planirale rasvetu i cvetne aranžmane, utovarale i istovarale kombije sa nama, a onda su se Marija i Milica na svadbi pojavile nasmejane i obučene kao filmske dive i zaigrale na densfloru kao da nisu baš tog jutra čekićem razbijale i nosile betonske blokove za dekoraciju.

Svadba je prošla, ali je nekako bilo jasno da će njih tri prosto morati da nastave da rade zajedno, samo je trebalo smisliti najbolji model za tu njihovu saradnju. Comi je najjača u scenografiji, Milica je diplomirala enterijer, a ima i svoju proizvodnju ručnih radova, a Marija je najbolja u dizajnu garderobe. Kada smo se vratili sa road tripa, njih tri su se danima sastajale, diskutovale, dogovarale i na kraju je rodjena Multipraktika, njihova ženska kreativna agencija. Baviće se različitim vizuelnim formama, od čisto umetničkih do komercijalnih, sa misijom da sve što budu radile mora da bude kvalitetno, uzbudljivo i da ima svoju svrhu. Neće biti tezgarenja i neće biti estrade. I da, to će biti ženska agencija, sa izraženom feminističkom svešću. Sve tri su svesne toga koliko su dobre u poslovima kojima se bave, a silni poslovni sastanci na kojima su razni balkanski (i ne samo balkanski) mačo muškarci pokušavali da umanje značaj onoga što rade jer su žene, su ih samo ojačali u uverenju da se bore još jače, ne samo za lepši dizajn i scenografiju, već i za bolji položaj žena u ovoj zabiti.

I zato, neka im i ovaj tekst bude moja skromna podrška na tom putu. Znam koliko su talentovane i vredne, znam koliko je dobro sve što rade, znam da ih čeka veliki uspeh i neka znaju da sam uvek tu za njih da im pomognem. Nekad ovako – literarno, a nekad i kad bude trebalo i da zasučem rukave i oznojim se. Samo napred sjajne žene! Pokidajte!
